About: CTAWWM takes place during the college years of lead character Channing. It
follows her through her journey of self-acceptance and the coming out process
to her family. Her loves, life and many challenges she faces as a educated
black gay woman.
Come Take a
Walk with Me was created by real-life couple, Mina Monshá and Siler. It is the
first webseries from their NC production company Lady Luck Films, which they
formed in 2009.Lady Luck Films was inspired by the lack of gay/lesbian writers,directors and producers in Hollywood and else where. Both Mina & Siler are both writers and desire to become a household name, especially in the LGBT community, they especially want to represent the North Carolina LGBT community in a positive light.
